At the age of 21, I visited an orphanage home. It became my passion & drive to help children in need of homes. 

Married Jim Hofstee, had 4 biological children, adopted 8 children in 6 years.  Learned household organization & how to manage a 5000 sq ft house. 

As more & more moms came to me wanting help, I started helping women learn how to manage their homes. 

I began teaching classes for organizations, churches, parent support groups, mothers of multiples, MOPS, home school families, 3 day retreats and the NIC Workforce Training center. 

I wrote a book called Organization With Ease, that included pull out charts and checklists to give women the tools they needed to help them bring order to their households.

I have loved watching what happens when women start bringing order to their homes. 

They minimize stress in their life.

Accomplish more in less time.

Have better family relationships.

They have more time to pursue their dreams.
