πŸ—£ Topic: The Content Treadmill: What Social Media Is Really Costing Your Business
πŸ“ Location: Seasons of Coeur d’Alene, 209 E Lakeside

✨ About This Month’s Topic
Most business owners assume a stalled social media strategy means they need more content, a better posting schedule, or a smarter algorithm hack. Cara Chace spent years running the social media accounts for a platinum-selling rock band with 13 million fans before she became a burnout coach β€” and what she learned running someone else's content machine is exactly why she now teaches business owners to get off theirs. In this talk, she walks the room through the real math behind the content treadmill and hands them two frameworks they can use before they're back at their desks.

πŸ’‘ You’ll Walk Away With
1. The real math. How many hours a week actually go into content, and how few of those hours can be traced back to an actual client or sale.

  1. The TEA Filter. A fast, repeatable filter β€” Time, Energy, Attention β€” for deciding what's worth doing today and what can wait, without a productivity system to maintain.

3.Business Seasons. A framework for treating a slow month as a season instead of a failure, so consistency stops being the metric that decides whether the business is working.Β

About the Speaker: Cara Chace is an author, speaker, and coach who helps women entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses without trashing their nervous systems. Before coaching, she spent a decade running a digital marketing agency and managing social media for a platinum-selling rock band with 13 million fans β€” an experience that showed her exactly how content platforms are built to keep people exhausted and scrolling. She's the host of the Ditch the Chaos podcast and the author of The Social Media Burnout Cure.
