North Idaho has experienced an incredible decade of growth, especially in real estate. As we move into 2026, we are starting to see subtle shifts that are raising new questions and opening new opportunities.

Debbie will walk us through what is changing in our local market, why national headlines do not always reflect what is happening here, and how smart investors are adjusting in real time. This is a grounded, local look at what is actually happening in our backyard.

• Flyers
• Small displays

Please keep all marketing materials off the dining tables. No products may be sold or displayed at individual seats.

We meet in the private meeting room at Seasons

🚗 Parking & Entry
Street parking is available with a two-hour limit near the restaurant
If you head toward Wallace, those spots do not have a time limit

You can also use the paid parking garage on Coeur d’Alene Ave between 3rd and 4th (about a block and a half away)

Give yourself a little extra time to park and walk in so you are not rushed
