Bio: "Dr. Kim Holden is a dynamic speaker and expert in how to de-stress holistically. Kim began her business Holistic Connection because she saw how many people were using non-healthy ways to manage their stress and she wanted to help them find healthy means. With a background in public health and nursing, she has learned how to look at the whole person (mind, body, spirit). She has her PhD in nursing and has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She is also a board certified Advanced Holistic Nurse and Clinical Aromatherapist.
