Most women spend a great deal of their time doing and less time learning "to be". She will discuss the importance of taking a pause and slowing down to learn how to be more present.  She will discuss "who you be" vs "what you be" and how you make decisions on who you be.

A chef prepared meal will be served and members are responsible for payment of food ordered. As we notify NHCC with the reservation count, we want to avoid any last minute reservation cancelations.
