February (2/14) in person Lunch connect at Dulce D Leche Ashland

Happy Valentine's Day. Join us for our February 2023 Lunch connect and meet fabulous current and future "Dots." We bring positivity and enthusiasm to every meeting. Do you want to surround yourself with positive, abundance mind-set, goal-oriented women? If you're ready to move forward and up both personally and professionally you're ready to create positive change in your life, then this is the group for you.

Activity Alert: As a fun activity we will be having an old fashioned Valentine exchange. You can bring a small card, treat, or trinket for each attendee and everyone will go home with a bag full of valentines, just like in grade school!! The number of attendees will be sent out to the RSVP list 5 days before the event. 

The meeting is from 12-2 pm. Please come early to socialize. 

LOCATION: Dulce D Leche, Ashland MA. Cost is approximately $20.00 per person. Lunch will consist of various platters and will include a gluten free option. Check out their take-home pre-prepared meals. They are awesome.

We often hesitate to get out of our comfort zone, and connect with our inner, playful self! Most women
report that they drop out opportunities for fun in favor of task completion and helping others. You can
add more fun and humor to life and still tackle your to-do list! In this interactive and playful
presentation, we will explore various ways to bring more play and humor to even the most mundane of
activities, so you experience more energy and lightness through out the day.
Through gentle warm up exercises for both introverts and extroverts, we will explore 2 aspects of “being
funny” and provide practical application of these fun exercises to bring more joy to your professional
and personal lives.
