Pilates is a great alternative to other traditional workouts because Pilates is a low impact workout that is truly for any body. Because you start at the beginning and continue to pave the way at your pace. You know what your body needs to start your journey and you mind knows what path you want to take to achieve your goals!

Grip socks are required. Any socks with grip (hospital socks, trampoline socks work ). The studio does have socks for purchase. The studio is a card only facility.

- aligning with the CDC guidelines. If you are vaccinated mask are optional. As a studio we are strongly encouraging mask in the studio.

- to keep you safe the studio does have an air system created by nasa that reduces airborn viruses by 99.96%. As well as wiping down high touch surfaces.
