Our goal at Polka Dot Powerhouse is to connect the world's most positive, action-forward women in business and in our community. Our Speaker: Elaine Turso
Topic: How to successfully set strategic goals for 2021.

Elaine “The Brain” Turso is a business strategist and mentor, as well as the Managing Director for Diamond Membership of Polka Dot Powerhouse. She is the wife to Mike of 20 something years and has 2 adult kiddos, one of whom is a freshman in college, + 2 fur babies and a grand pup.

One of her favorite roles as a business mentor and strategist is goal planning. Helping her clients set goals, create a strategy and implement them. She knows that fear and self-sabotage play a major role in the mindset of the entrepreneur. Before we can build the walls on our house, we must first build a solid foundation. Before we can harvest the garden, we must first plant and water the seeds. Success requires patience, planning, and intention.

In our short time together, we will:

• Identify your LONG-TERM Goals, the ones that scare the bajeezus out of you
• Learn how to shift our mindsets when fear comes-a-knocking  
• Learn how to hold yourself accountable
• How viewing your company as a body is the secret to your exponential growth

In person: The cost to attend the meeting is $20 paid with cash or credit card which includes a full lunch spread, refreshments, and dessert. You will be asked to pay upon arrival and a receipt can be provided.

Our meetings are the 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:30am - 1:30pm.
