The location of our August 11th meeting has changed.  We will now be zooming!

Our dynamic speaker will help us overcome any roadblocks to success!  Sarah Carkner has delighted organizations with her high-energy informative lectures for over two decades and helped countless individuals take their life from functional to optimal. Currently she teaches Biopsychology, Health Promotion, Sports Psychology and Fitness Leadership at Eastern University.

With a background in Neuroscience and Wellness Management, Sarah is passionate about the brain and body connection. Sarah loves to educate, motivate, and coach people towards increased health and vitality in all dimensions of life.
