Ellie is leading a Kick the Sugar Habit Talk to help you break sugar and carb cravings, lose weight, and have more energy.

You will learn:

  • Why sugar makes us gain weight, have low energy, and feel hungry all the time
  • Where sugar hides
  • Practical steps to break sugar and carb cravings without feeling deprived.
About Featured Speaker: Ellie is a former chemical engineer turned certified health and emotional eating coach. She was a sugar addict and binge eater for the majority of her life and developed autoimmune and thyroid issues. She healed her body and broke through toxic eating behaviors through mindfulness and functional nutrition, and now has helped thousands of others do the same.
