Our speaker for February is Liza Lomax - Love Your Body Coaching. Liza Lomax is a Life Coach who helps people with an unhealthy relationship with food, dissolve that stronghold it has over their life by walking with them through the Liza’s Limitation Lifter system. Liza is also a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master, NLP, EFT, TFT, REBT and an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner & Speaker. Liza struggled for many years with that stronghold of emotional eating and now is determined to help folks end their battle as well, find their authenticity and love their reflection.
