Polka Dot Powerhouse LLC Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By submitting your application, completing payment, or participating in Polka Dot Powerhouse LLC (“Polka Dot Powerhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

You confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age
  • you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Membership Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application in our sole business judgment.

  • If approved → your membership becomes active upon payment
  • If not approved → any fees paid will be refunded in full

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are due in full at the time of purchase
  • Membership is not active until payment is received
  • All membership fees are non-refundable, except if your application is not approved

Membership Term & Renewal

Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.

Membership does not automatically renew.

To continue your membership:

  • you must renew before your annual renewal date
  • failure to renew results in expiration of membership and loss of access

We may send reminders, but you are responsible for tracking your renewal date.

Early Renewal Discount

An early renewal discount is a standing membership benefit.

To qualify:

  • renewal must be completed and paid in full before your membership expiration date

If renewal is not completed prior to expiration:

  • the early renewal discount no longer applies
  • the standard membership rate will apply to rejoin

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Changes will not affect a membership already paid in full.

Membership Benefits

Membership may include:

  • access to our online community and member directory
  • virtual programming and resources
  • in-person chapter meetings (where available)
  • events and additional offerings

Local Chapters

Local chapters are not guaranteed and are only available where a qualified Managing Director exists.

If a chapter closes:

  • members may participate in the Worldwide Chapter
  • or attend another available chapter

Membership benefits may evolve over time.

Community Guidelines

Polka Dot Powerhouse is built on connection, respect, and positivity.

By participating, you agree to:

Do:

  • build relationships over transactions
  • respect other members
  • contribute positively to the community

Do Not:

  • engage in bullying, harassment, discrimination, or threats
  • spam or send unsolicited promotions
  • disrupt events or member experiences
  • share or misuse member information
  • distribute Company materials without permission

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member:

  • violates these terms or community guidelines
  • engages in behavior harmful to the community, members, or brand
  • creates disruption or safety concerns

We act using our reasonable judgment to protect the integrity and experience of the community.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Members agree to respect:

  • the privacy of other members
  • non-public conversations within the community
  • Company content and materials

All Company materials are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without permission.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any business, financial, or personal outcomes.

Your results depend on your own participation, effort, and circumstances.

Member Responsibility & Safety

  • We do not conduct background checks on members or guests
  • You are responsible for your interactions and decisions
  • Use your best judgment when engaging with others

We are not responsible for the conduct of members or guests.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew your membership at any time.

Because membership provides access for the full term:

  • no refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time

Photo & Video Release

By participating in events or membership activities, you grant us permission to use your:

  • image
  • likeness
  • voice
for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

This permission is:

  • worldwide
  • perpetual
  • royalty-free

Event Participation & Liability Waiver

Participation in events is voluntary and may involve risk.

By participating, you agree:

  • to assume responsibility for your participation
  • to release Polka Dot Powerhouse LLC from liability for injury, illness, or damages, except where prohibited by law

Privacy

We collect and use personal information to:

  • provide membership services
  • communicate with you
  • improve your experience

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers who support our operations.

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will notify you.

Your continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Any disputes must be brought in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
