Boundaries can impact every area of your life. They may be the reason your business is thriving or the reason you feel burned out.  They can help you have amazing first dates or long, dramatic breakups.  They can make holidays with families peaceful or miserable. 

 I'll help you understand boundaries in a new way, identify where yours are strong and where they need some work and give you the secrets to communicating boundaries effectively.  I'll also help you make a specific plan for what you'll do the next time your boundaries aren't respected.

At the end of this presentation you'll know exactly how to use boundaries to become the strong, empowered woman you deserve to be, both at home and in your business.

Melissa Snow is a Certified Life Coach who helps women improve their relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.  She is an international speaker and the author of “Ten Secrets to Having the Love You Want.”  She is a frequent contributor on Bustle and MindBodyGreen and has been featured on multiple podcasts including Embracing Intensity, Journey of Hope, Dare to Be Authentic and Build a Life After Loss.  

Melissa is passionate about helping women learn to love and value themselves, so they don’t have to rely on other people to show them their worth.  She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her boyfriend, two cats and one very spoiled black lab.
