Jessie is a retired Naval Officer who came to floating at the end of his Naval career. Immediately recognizing the benefits of floating and its potential impact on everyone, especially active duty military, he decided to pursue a second career helping people float. Jessie is married to the former Paige Rowland of Fircrest, WA and has two great kids that help keep him young.
