If you are new to Polka Dot Powerhouse, we suggest you attend one of our Happy Hour meetings instead, to get the full experience of what we are all about.

The focus of this 1 ½ hour meeting is to work on, and brainstorm, business aspects/challenges with other members, as well as learning from our speaker. Introductions, including a brief announcement of new products/services events by each member, are also featured.

Lunch is $25 and the menu will have 5-6 items to choose from. Please be considerate to our start time, and arrive prior to noon to register and select your lunch item. If you have special dietary needs, please use the notes section of your meeting registration to notify us of this.

YOU NEED TO BRING CASH OR CHECK (made out to the restaurant)

MEMBERS, note your attendance is confirmed with the restaurant at noon the day prior to our meeting. Should you need to cancel after this hour, you will be charged the $25.

Additionally, in order for your name to be printed on the roster for the meeting, you will need to be registered by noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

If there's a particular topic you would like brought up at the meeting, be it a business challenge you may be facing, an area of personal growth or skill acquisition, please submit this with your meeting registration (in the notes/comment section).

Our speaker is Carmen Buffington of the Sonoma Chamber of Commerce. 

Carmen, originally from North Carolina, joins us by way of ‘The Windy City’ of Chicago. She brings the knowledge she gained working at the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, as well as her experience as an entrepreneur. Carmen owned and operated 2 small businesses before her move to Sonoma County in 2016. She would love to learn more about you and your business plans, and to connect you with the resources and relationships needed to start or grow a successful Sonoma business.
