Thursday HAPPY HOUR connect, July 18th, 2019, Sonoma.

Thursday HAPPY HOUR connect, July 18th, 2019, Sonoma.

Our meeting has an agenda with time for you to introduce yourself to us, give us a little snapshot of who you are and what your business is - if you are in business. After this we dive into collaborations - we are BIG on collaborating with each other. Many of us use each other's services, and we also help each other make our businesses better by brainstorming and offering suggestions to each other in terms of broadening our reach or perhaps approaching our businesses differently.

Other agenda items include announcement of members’ NEW products, services and events as well as celebrations. Chapter and company news communication is also featured and we have a speaker as you saw above.

We end our meeting with a sweet connecting activity, where you can effortlessly connect with some of the members you have learned a little about, and might like to get to know more. Lastly, if you know then and there this is the group for you, we have the tools and capacity to get you signed up on the spot. (There's a nice incentive to become a member the day you visit with us:-)

We ask that you arrive before 5pm, so we have ample time to get you signed in, collect your $25 food & beverage charge, and get you situated.

YOU NEED TO BRING CASH OR CHECK (made out to the restaurant)

The first 15 minutes of the meeting is mingle time before we start the agenda part of our meeting.

Food is served family-style and consists of a number of pre-selected appetizers. If you have special dietary needs, use the notes section of your meeting registration to notify us of this.

If you are guesting with us, we can't wait to show you what we are all about.

Existing members, your attendance is confirmed with the restaurant at noon the day prior to our meeting. Should you need to cancel after this hour, you will be charged the $25.

Additionally, in order for your name to be printed on the roster for the meeting, you will need to be registered by noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

Our speaker for this meeting is: Regina Powers.

Regina is a western trained family nurse practitioner who has worked in both emergency medicine and family practice. When stumbling upon the teachings of the Five Elements of Chinese medicine (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire) everything related to how she saw, and treated people began to shift. These elements weave through our physical and emotional bodies which help us uncover the places of imbalance, in order to find our way home; home to our spirit.

If a person tunes into the messages in their body, one can begin to find avenues of healing that may not have otherwise been possible. Regina always looks at the larger picture of a person, so incorporating the physical, emotional and spiritual body is when she understood what the true art of healing really meant. When our heart and soul are able to find peace and balance along our way, we can then find ways to get through even some of the most turbulent times.

What Color is Your Medicine (Regina's book) also offers recommendations to take along on our own healing journey, to assist in whatever color medicine you may be dealing with at this time in your life.
