Wednesday evening connect, January 23rd, 2019, Sonoma.

The agenda part of our meeting runs from 4.30-6.30pm. We ask that you arrive between 4 and 4.15 pm so we have ample time to get you signed in, collect your $25 food & beverage charge, and get you situated. (please bring check or cash) Plus it gives you time to mingle with the other members before we start the agenda part of our meeting.

Food is served family-style and consists of a number of pre-selected dishes. If you have special dietary needs, this needs to be communicated to us no later than 6 pm the Tuesday prior to the meeting. You may use the notes section of your meeting registration to notify us of this.

Existing members, note your attendance is confirmed with the restaurant at 6 pm the evening prior to our meeting. Should you need to cancel after this hour, you will be charged the $25.

Additionally, in order for your name to be printed on the roster for the meeting, you will need to be registered prior to 6 pm on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

If you are guesting with us, we can't wait to show you what we are all about.

Our meeting has an agenda with time for you to introduce yourself to us, give us a little snapshot of who you are and what your business is - if you are in business. Maybe even what drew you to visit with us, what you are looking for within a group like ours.

We dive into collaborations - we are BIG on collaborating with each other. Many of us use each other's services, and we also help each other make our businesses better by brainstorming and offering suggestions to each other in terms of broadening our reach or perhaps approaching our businesses differently.

We celebrate our achievements/milestones/noteworthy dates - as often we women skirt over that because we are busy taking care of everybody else. So we get a little pat on the back here:-)

We talk about referrals - whether a member needs one, or maybe we talk ideas about how can we best refer clients to each other.

Chapter and company news communication is also featured and we have a speaker as you saw above.

We end our meeting with a sweet connecting activity, where you can effortlessly connect with some of the members you have learned a little about, but might like to get to know more. Lastly, if you know then and there this is the group for you, we have the tools and capacity to get you signed up on the spot. (There's a nice incentive to sign up on the day:-)
