Regina Powers  is a western trained family nurse practitioner who has worked in both emergency medicine and family practice. When stumbling upon the teachings of the 5 Elements of Chinese medicine (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire) everything related to how she saw, and treated people began to shift. Over the last 25 years she found a way to blend both western and eastern medicine. She now shares these understandings in a book titled, “What Color is Your Medicine?”

Regina created Sol Journeys. Here you can discover the elements as a means of healing while out in the natural world.
