Top Ten Ways To Be Less Toxic - Speaker: Sara Haller

Sara Haller is an information seeker.  She loves learning new things, has an insatiable curiosity, and asks questions. Thirst for knowledge expanded when Sara’s father died of cancer, inspiring her to spend the past two decades learning about health and wellness, most recently in the area of non-toxic products.  Sara’s research into harmful ingredients in everyday products and how little we know about them inspired her to become an ingredients guru.  One of her passions is educating communities and empowering families to make the healthiest lifestyle choices possible.

Sara finds great value in knowledge and education and shares what she knows to expand community awareness so we can limit “toxic loads” and lower the incidence of chronic conditions like autism, cancers and dementia.  Come learn more about:
  • what "toxic load" is and how it happens
  • top 5 ingredients to avoid in everyday products
  • what you're using that might be causing chronic conditions in your household
  • how to make better decisions that directly affect the health and safety of our loved ones
