Bio:

Carol is a coach, consultant, speaker and college professor who loves to talk about leadership! In particular she is an expert on leadership theory, conflict management, turning talents into Strengths, and building effective teams. As a coach and consultant Carol focuses on working with individuals and teams growing their capacity for leadership to increase their productivity, teamwork, and overall impact. In addition to holding a Ph.D. in Leadership education from Oklahoma State University, Carol is a Strengths Champion Certified Coach. She can also be found teaching and mentoring graduate students in her role as Associate Professor of Leadership Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Clients describe Carol as encouraging, enthusiastic, intuitive and insightful. Her coaching has helped teams improve client relationships, teamwork, and supervisory effectiveness.
