Polka Dot Powerhouse is all about connections! Come learn, network and be inspired by other area professionals. Guests are invited to attend their first meeting for free, and everyone purchases their own meal (cost $20). You must register to confirm your seat. Our meeting is held at The Metropolitan Diner at 750 Upper State Rd. in North Wales.

Our chapter is made up of amazing, action-oriented women who are positive and energetic collaborators. We invite you to come check us out and register for an upcoming meeting. Lauren is a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Duke University trained Integrative Health Coach, a Penn trained psychologist, and she studied at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic to become a family therapist. Professional, executive and entrepreneurial women all benefit from working with Lauren to avoid or recover from the crippling effects of burnout. She offers her coaching clients Transformative Wellbeing through positive mindset, and an emphasis on healthy habits and wellness forward lifestyles. In other words, she helps you feel beautiful from the inside out and learn to live a fabulous life. As a speaker, she inspires people, with humor and playfulness, to Find Fabulous by creating healthy habits of mind, body and spirit in order to fuel their business success. She is a happily married mother of 2 young adults, 23 & 21, and an insanely annoying yet lovable cockapoo.

Lauren has been an active leader for a variety of volunteer commitments including education-based programming, family events, fundraising, wellness focused programming, and parent/teacher support for over 20 years. Currently, she is a democratic committee person for her local voting area and has served in several leadership roles in her synagogue.

When not coaching, writing articles, or constructing workshops, Lauren loves to read, exercise, cook, travel, socialize with friends, watch movies, and most of all dance. She believes in the essential necessity of being creative in a variety of ways, and though she does not actually play the piano, she somehow manages to write beautiful piano music. Lauren believes that everyone deserves to be the star in their own life story empowering people to take the leading role and not settle for being a supporting character.
