 “Developing Your Formula for Success”

If you’ve spent any time in sales, you probably practice at least some of the attitudes and activities that make up the Formula for Success. Where you think your current behavior and attitudes are is directly related to what you can expect your selling success quotient to be. Understanding where you are in these attitudes and behaviors can be extremely helpful when setting your annual goals.

 In this session participants will:

• discuss the 10 attitudes and activities that make up their Formula for Success
• rank themselves in each category and calculate a final score

 Additionally, based on the self-rating, participants will

• have the opportunity to list action items for improvement in each category
• establish deadlines for completion of those activities

 As a final step, participants will receive a diagram of the 8 goal areas to consider when goal setting to help guide them as they set their 2020 goals.
