The Las Vegas Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse invites you to join us for Dot University on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.  We value knowledge and the ability to grow both personally and professionally.

Dot University begins at 6PM (PST) with an intro on Polka Dot Powerhouse and will allow all attendees time to introduce themselves in the Zoom Chat. After introductions, our Featured Training will provide 30-45 minutes of information for the group.

About our Speaker:
My name is Kelly White, and I am a wife of almost 30 years, mother of 2 amazing young women, a proud pup parent, and a co-owner of a Cruise Planners Travel Franchise with my youngest daughter Abigail. We are a full-service travel agency specializing in group travel. We have a particular passion for discovery and connection. We truly believe that travel has the power to transform lives and contribute to making the world a better place through self-discovery and human connection.

I spent the first half of my working life in Sciences with a BS in Biotechnology, and I have worked in both Academia and Corporate. I learned so much in both arenas, but neither of them lit my soul on fire. I was that girl with the calendar on her desk crossing off the days until the next vacation believing that this is just how life is supposed to be. Then came that phone call that changed everything. My youngest daughter as a senior in high school had a suicide plan. Thankfully, one of her friends was brave enough to bring the information to a teacher or my life-changing moment could have been very different.

For the first couple of years after that call, my friends and family kept waiting for life to get “back to normal”. I even had the thought a few times myself, “when I get past this thing life will get back to normal’. I soon realized that we were now on a journey of discovering a new normal filled with self-care self-love, compassion, connection, and discovery.
This journey has sparked a dream or mission if you will. One where we make people's lives better one experience at a time.

• Plan to connect 5 minutes early, that way you have a chance to test your connection.
• Have a typed intro ready to paste into the chat. Sample – Your Name, Company and what you are excited to learn during the Dot University.
• Ask Questions in Chat during the Training.
• Save the Chat if using a non-mobile device. (Las Vegas Chapter Members, the chat will be saved and available in the Member’s Only Facebook Group.)

• The meeting will begin promptly at Noon PST
• Turn off phones, close programs that could distract you during the training.
