A recent study shows that when doctors tell heart patients they will die if they don’t change their habits, only one in seven will be able to follow through successfully.  Desire and motivation aren’t enough! 

When it comes to both our business and our health, we often recognize the need for change.  Yet, why is it so hard to take the steps for long-term, successful change?  Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.  It is this balance that allows us to move forward successfully in change.  We must have this balance to strengthen ourselves, our health, and ultimately be strong in our business.
