Andrea Mai is an author, writing/self-publishing coach, Wakefulness Guide, and Quantum Touch energy healing practitioner. She helps people by sharing writing, meditation, and contemplative practices to heal, transform, and wake ourselves up. She thought she wanted to be a writer to tell stories, but her real inspiration is undoing the stories we tell ourselves and then releasing them.
