Our meeting location is at Pinot's Palette Franklin.  Drinks and snacks are available for purchase before the meeting, and each participant can bring their own lunch.

Seating is limited, so you must register to attend! Only those who register are confirmed a seat. You're welcome to be our guest one time.  We invite you to learn, connect, be inspired, and meet other women! We are an inclusive organization, and our membership includes women in a variety of professions & situations.

Topic:      Small Business Bookkeeping & Tax Deductible Expenses

Bio:          Cindy started her bookkeeping and business management practice in Los Angeles in 2001. Her first client was in the entertainment industry and her practice quickly grew solely from referrals. Within a year she had clients from all areas of the industry and 90% of them were Brits working in the US. A niche that she wasn’t expecting but kept every day interesting. Cindy moved to Nashville in 2007. Since entertainers don’t really want or need to see their bookkeeper in person, she maintained all 15 of her accounts remotely with the help of a part-time assistant. The simple bookkeeping system she developed over the years enabled her to do this without working 40+ hours in the office. Six years ago her side gig with Monat began generating enough income for her to downsize from 15 clients to 2. Fewer clients has allowed her the flexibility and time to create a course to teach small business owners how to manage their finances in about an hour a week. Her goal is to empower small business owners to fully understand the "business" side of their business.

*Plan to arrive early.  Join us at 11:00 to mingle, get a roster, seat and meal. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:30 and end at 1:30 central.
*Opportunity for 60-second introduction plus other opportunities to talk about your business throughout the meeting agenda.
*Please be considerate and don't chat with others while women are doing their intros.
*Please plan to stay for the ENTIRE meeting.
