Events Cancellation Policy
To cancel a ticket, the current attendee must notify Polka Dot Powerhouse no later than 50 days prior to the event date by completing the form located here: https://www.polkadotpowerhouse.com/event-cancellation-refund-form
Please include the name used at registration, along with the email and home chapter provided at sign-up.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 100% – cancellations made 240–100 days prior
- 50% – cancellations made 99–50 days prior
- 0% – cancellations made less than 50 days prior
A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
All refunds are issued via the platform it was received; please ensure your information on that platform is current.
Important: If you purchased your ticket using a payment-plan service (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, or similar), your refund may be processed according to that service’s refund timelines, rules, and policies. Please review their terms, as they may affect when, how, or how much of a refund you are eligible to receive.
No transfers are allowed on any type of Celebration ticket.
Cancellation of Conference
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
Polka Dot Powerhouse and its organizers reserve the right to use images taken at Celebration—including your photograph and/or likeness—in future marketing materials.
General Event Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Polka Dot Powerhouse, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, illness, or expense sustained by you or your guests in connection with attendance or participation, except where prohibited by law. You assume full responsibility for your personal safety, belongings, and conduct during all event activities.
