Cancellation Policy:

By registering to attend the Polka Dot Powerhouse Celebration Event, you declare that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions with no exceptions:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel a ticket, the current attendee must notify Polka Dot Powerhouse no later than 120 days prior to the event date via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Please include the name that was registered, as well as the email and home chapter used at sign up.

Tickets and vendor booths for events will be refunded for cancellation at the following rates: 100% (300-200 days prior), 50% (199-120 days prior), and 0% (less than 120 days prior).

A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed at the time of cancellation.  All refunds will be issued via the payment processor through which you've made payment; no checks will be sent.  Please confirm that the contact information on file with the payment processor is up to date to ensure there are no problems in processing the refund.

TRANSFERS:
NO TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON ANY TYPE OF CELEBRATION TICKET PURCHASE.

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE:
The organizers of the event reserve the right to cancel the event due to any unpredictable event that may occur.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Polka Dot Powerhouse and its organizers reserve the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
